Tuition Fees, Costume Fees, Administrative Fees

Tuition fees are for the year of classes, based on 34 weeks of instruction . Fees must be paid in full by cheque or cash at the time of registration with your choice of the following payment options:

  1. Full amount of fees for the year, or

  2. 2 equal payments of the yearly fee - first cheque dated for September 1rst, 2nd cheque dated for January 15th.  or

  3. Cheque dated September 1st (for first payment) and post-dated cheques to cover the remaining payments, dated the 1st of each month thereafter (May 1st is the last cheque - 9 cheques in all)

    (Cheques are payable to "Susan Paisley School of Dance")

Please calculate each student separately.  If more than one family member registers, there will be a 5% discount off each ADDITIONAL family member's fees.

Drop In Fees: $15.00 for 1hour, $18 for 1 1/4 hour classes, $20 for 1 1/2 hours.

Ballet Exams and Dance Conventions/Workshops:

Students wishing to participate in Ballet Exams and/or Dance Conventions will be notified individually with regards to the additional costs (exam fees, convention fees). All entry fees are non-refundable.

Costume Fees:

Costumes are yours to keep and costume fees include all fabric and labour (footwear and tights are not included). Minor alterations (such as hemming of pants) will be the responsibility of the parents.  

Costume fees must be submitted at the time of registration . Costume fees are non-refundable after October 15th.

3-4 yrs old, and 5-6yrs. old:

Administrative Fees:

$10 for late registration (any registration received after September 30th, 2008)

$10/month if submitting payment  monthly rather than with post-dated cheques.  Placement in class is not guaranteed.

$25 for returned cheques

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for October to December classes if a student withdraws from a class after October 15th. (January to May fees will be refunded).  There are no refunds  if a student withdraws from a class after February 15th

Recital Policy:

Students missing more than 2 lessons in the 4 week period before the recital, or miss rehearsals at the theatre will not be allowed to participate.
