Kristi Christian - Middle Eastern Dance, Modern: Kristi has been dancing most of her life and studied tap, modern, jazz and mainly ballet. Later, Kristi studied dance with Susan Paisley in Salmon Arm. After graduating from high school, Kristi ventured off to Grant MacEwan College and received her diploma in modern dance in 1998. While in Edmonton, Kristi discovered the beautiful artform of Middle Eastern Dance. After college, Kristi moved back to the Okanagan and started dancing with the Desert Moon Dancers in Vernon. - performing in numerous venues throughout the region. Kristi is delighted to be back for her third year to continue sharing her passion for Middle Eastern Dance and Modern!

Laurisa DeFehr - Substitute Teacher: Laurisa began her 8 years of RAD ballet training at the Judy Hunter School of Dance in Kamloops at the age of 5. She started tap and jazz at the age of 7 and continued these in Kelowna at the Robb Card School of Dance until 1986. Laurisa has danced on stage in numerous performances for dance recitals, festivals and theatre productions in Kamloops and Kelowna, and won awards in both tap and jazz at the festival level. She has taught and choreographed both tap and jazz at the Okanagan College and for theatre productions in Kelowna. Recently moving to Armstrong she is thrilled to be associated with the Susan Paisley School of Dance for her third year! |

Vicki Proulx - Jazz: Vicki started dance with Joanne Willoughby which included Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Musical Theatre. She also danced 5 years at PVSS High School with Janet Gillis and had the opportunity to choreograph dances and co-direct shows. Vicki continued her training in Calgary (Free House Dance Studio) and Vancouver (Harbour Dance) . Vicki has always been heavily involved with Theatre as well - she is a member of Studio Moore and has directed and acted in numerous plays for PVSS High School and Asparagus Theatre. Vicki loves dancing and performing and is very excited to be a part of Susan Paisley School of Dance! |

Linda Sellers - Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Modern: Linda has been instructing and performing dance for over 30 years to students of all ages and abilities. She is a graduate of Ryerson's Canadian College of Dance Teacher's program, where she trained extensively in R.A.D. Ballet, I.S.T.D. Modern and Folk Dance, and Free Style Jazz. Linda has had numerous years of dance, gymnastics and mime teaching experience, including running her own dance school for nine years. Linda has been a liturgical dancer, teacher, and choreographer for over 30 years. Until recently, she was the director of the Arise Ministry dance troupe, ministering in the Toronto and surrounding areas. She has also studied the creative modern style of choreography with the Motus O Theatre Dance Company. Linda is pleased to continue to share her passion for dance for the second year at Susan Paisley School of Dance! |

Jaimie Waight - Tap: Jaimie, a 3rd generation tap dancer, started dancing at the age of five. She studied at various studios in the Fraser Valley where she trained in ballet, jazz and tap - with her passion remaining with tap. Jaimie tap danced competitively, winning numerous awards at festivals. Jaimie and her family moved to Armstrong in 2006, when she became involved as a parent and dancer at Susan Paisley School of Dance. Jaimie is very enthusiastic about joining the teaching team at Susan Paisley School of Dance! |
